The monitor automatically tags emails in the platform once they have been created or have recently been saved. Sentiment analysis is the interpretation and classification of emotions in your communications and is classed as:
- positive (+),
- negative (-) or
- neutral(=)
The classification is done by analysing the text data using advance text analysis techniques based on AI and Machine Learning.
